Mindful Move and Groove sessions

Mindful move and groove combines yoga, dance and meditation in an hour session. The session begins with a grounding yoga flow followed by some simple movement rhythms to music. The purpose is primarily for participants

  • to feel good in their own body, moving in their own way.

  • gain body awareness and fitness practice

  • develop confidence

  • enhance focus and concentration.

We can offer this session to any group in a school or organisationl, it is not exclusive to girls. This includes whole classes, or any particular group you may feel would benefit.
